We hope to bring the joy and power of yoga to our community - one person at a time. Through all classes at Eastern Shore Yoga, we teach a dynamic, focused, and deeply organic approach to yoga. Our method of practice, teaching and philosophy are grounded through traditional and modern yoga—and through the direct experience that the practice itself uncovers. At ESY, we cultivate deep awareness and connection in the body, mind, and spirit. While the instructors hold the traditions close and believe in living a yogic lifestyle, we are fun and light-hearted, but also disciplined, professional, dedicated, passionate, compassionate, inspirational, and hardworking. We firmly believe that a higher state of well-being can be attained through a steady yoga practice. ESY instructors are passionate about extending the teachings of yoga and are ourselves dedicated practitioners and students of yoga for life. We take our yoga practice off the mat and into our daily lives. We encourage students to see the world from another perspective. We have the ability to help students grow in their yoga practice, and we motivate students to find their own inspiration from within.

We are a personal training gym specializing in custom training programs for youth sports, strength training, all-around fitness, seniors' balance and flexibility training, and wellness programs for men, women, and youth of all ages.

No monthly membership fees, no contracts to sign! Just commit yourself to training 1 to 5 days a week with one of our expert trainers.
Our program offerings are wide ranging, encompassing personal and spiritual growth, health and wellness, relationships, creative self expression and more. Many of our programs involve partnerships with other local organizations, including Shore Health System, Talbot Hospice Foundation, and Chesapeake College.
The certified professionals practicing at the Wellness Center at Evergreen are dedicated to providing compassionate and enriching services that help to restore body mind and spirit. We offer a wide range of modalities from massage therapy and reiki to nutritional counseling and psychotherapy, and the list of services continues to grow. Corporate team building also available. (The Wellness Center professionals are independent contractors who lease offices from Evergreen A Center for Balanced Living, Inc.)

Jazzercise exercise programs are 60-minute fitness classes incorporating cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. Jazzercise class combines moves from yoga, Pilates, jazz dance exercise, hip-hop, and kickboxing. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome
