| Description | Grace Street is recovery community organization (RCO) dedicated to saving lives and fostering healing for anyone affected by substance use disorder. We are the Mid-Shore's sole RCO and provide evening and weekend hours of peer-centric supports for people affected by substance use disorder. Our peers help identify needs and barriers, then work toward addressing those gaps to create and sustain healthy, stable lives. Grace Street offers harm reduction services including the region's first and only harm reduction vending machine, which includes Narcan, Fentanyl test strips and Xylazine test strips. We also conduct street outreach. |
