Stress Relief for Caregivers Impacted by COVID-19

WELCOME!

This program is set up to support parents and caregivers with tips for stress reduction and encouragement for increased self-care. Life can be stressful, especially during COVID-19. The care and concern that you show to your family and others is so important. We hope this toolkit offers you a relaxing break. Plus, the more videos you watch, the more incentives you can earn!

Tiered Rewards. Must be a Talbot County resident to claim incentives.
Supplies are limited.

NOTE:  If viewing on a mobile device, turn your phone horizontally (landscape mode) for optimal viewing of this webpage.

The first step to participating in this Stress Relief Program is to register.   Registration is REQUIRED.  Please complete the registration form HERE.

Anyone can register, but please note that only Talbot County residents are eligible for the incentives (one per household).

Watch each video (in order) and complete the survey that follows each video. If you live in Talbot County, the more videos you watch, the more prizes you can earn.

If you have any issues along the way – please feel free to reach out to us at healthytalbot@talbotcountymd.gov.

Enjoy!

After watching all 10 videos, complete the FINAL SURVEY to claim your last incentive and provide feedback on the program.  Be sure to check out the bonus 11th video below!
