The winter season can be both grounding and yet difficult, introspective and yet isolating. Join us for a quiet, peaceful evening of tenderness and kindness towards yourself as we explore that love that you hold within your own heart.
This of class holds space for all levels, beginning by slowing down with space to connect with your breath, followed by a guided mindful movement practice, ending with an extended savasana with plenty of time to transition off of your mat and back into your life while carrying the love that you cultivate with you.
