Tardigrade Adult Bootcamp and Youth Ninja Warrior Class

The workout is designed for all levels, and class is open to everyone!

Adult Bootcamp: This is a group boot camp held outdoors designed to push your limits! We will utilize rowers, skiergs, air bikes, weighted ram rollers, battle ropes, plyo boxes, medicine balls, and everything in between! This class will be challenging but can be modified to ANY level and capability. All levels of fitness are welcome!! Have fun and a get a great workout in with us!

Youth Ninja Class: Do your kids love Ninja Warrior? Obstacles? Bring them out, and we will have a blast on Tardigrade’s Obstacle Course with over 30 obstacles! Climbing walls, cargo nets, monkey bars, rings, mud pits, Tarzan swing, quaking bridge, tire road, spear throw, and more! Great for ages 5 to 13!
