Join licensed acupuncturist Tracy Hockmeyer, PhD., for auricular acupuncture for stress relief and healing. The treatment involves the placement of 5 small sterilized, disposable needles into each ear. After the needles are inserted you will relax for approximately 30-minutes with the needles. The treatment helps to calm the mind, improve sleep, reduce pain, relieve stress, improve digestion, and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
