Celebrate Easton’s 250th birthday at the Independence Day Carnival June 24 – July 4, 2026

The Inn at Perry Cabin is hosting FREE weekly open-air movie nights on the Linden Lawn. Movies begin just after sunset. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. Concessions are available for purchase. On Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on South Harrison and East Dover Streets in Easton, all are welcome to join our community at this free community festival celebrating pride in Delmarva. There will be vendors, live performances, and joy!

Exciting summer reading for kids and teens starts on Saturday, June 6th, from 10 am – 2 pm at the Chesapeake Children’s Book Festival at the Talbot County Free Library, 100 W Dover St, in Easton, MD!

The Talbot Thrive Rolling Rodeo is a one day event which guides youth using bikes, skateboards and scooters through a play obstacle course. Along the way, riders are faced with decisions about safe practice, using hand signals, riding with traffic, and obeying traffic laws. There is a free helmet giveaway program as well as a bike fixit station. Parents and youth are encouraged to attend – bring your bikes (scooters and skateboards) and/or use one of the bike we will have on loan – especially balance bikes for the youngest of users. New bikes will also be raffled off!
