| Description | Chesapeake Creative Wellness uses a peer counseling model to help those who struggle with PTSD and Anxiety related issues. Nothing clinical or medical just a safe place to hang out and learn how music and the arts can help us cope with some of the symptoms of PTSD and Anxiety. We have programs and events around town, and all of the lessons and activities in our studio are no fee to members. |
