Start the new year by exploring the many benefits of yoga as you learn about building your own practice in this 6-week series! A consistent yoga practice can help to increase flexibility, build inner & outer strength, deepen your internal & spatial awareness, find a sense of presence & calm, amongst many other potential benefits.
This class will be limited to eight students to ensure that everyone gets ample attention. Each week Jenn will guide you through explorative breath work, new poses (alignment, modifications, how to use props to safely deepen and support your experience in each pose), and a calming meditation/ intention setting time during each class.
Our hopes in offering this series are to create a safe learning environment for each student that invites you to step onto your mat curiously, intentionally, and with a feeling of empowerment— giving yourself space to ask questions and explore the answers.
Class will meet for six consecutive Saturdays from 2:30 to 4PM:
Attend all six classes for $140 or drop-in to individual sessions for $25 each!
